A dedicated physical way to talk to Menaela in the clinic.
A dedicated physical Menaela device is on the roadmap. The idea is to provide a clinic-side, hands-free entry point to the same assistant rather than creating a separate product or intelligence layer.
For some clinic workflows, opening a browser is unnecessary friction. A dedicated physical Menaela endpoint is intended to make the same assistant available hands-free while keeping the intelligence, permissions and clinic context in one system.
These are planned capabilities, not functionality we present as available today.
Hands-free access
Talk to Menaela without first opening the web interface.
Same assistant
Use the same clinic context, permissions and operational capabilities as Menaela Chat and Voice.
Clinic-side presence
Provide a dedicated endpoint for everyday staff interaction where a persistent device is more convenient than a browser.
The intended operating path once this capability is released.
A staff member addresses the dedicated Menaela endpoint in the clinic.
The request enters the same conversational layer used by Menaela Chat and Voice.
The assistant retrieves permitted clinic context and performs supported operations through normal application controls.
The result is returned through the device without creating a separate assistant or ruleset.
- Planned as an interface to Menaela, not a separate assistant.
- Detailed hardware scope and availability will be published closer to release.
- Hands-busy staff workflows
- Shared clinic work areas
- Teams that want persistent access to the assistant without opening a workstation
The physical device is on the roadmap. Hardware design, release timing and final capabilities are not yet published.
