Clinic profile
The clinic profile is structured operational context. Keep it accurate because staff and patient-facing workflows may use these values directly.

Core clinic fields
| Field | How it is used |

| Clinic name | Displayed throughout the product and used as the clinic’s normal operating name. |
| Legal name | Business/legal reference where required. |
| Business ID / VAT | Administrative clinic information; not normally patient-facing unless a workflow requires it. |
| Currency | Default money format for clinic prices. |
| Default language | Baseline language for setup and generated clinic-facing content. |
| Timezone | Controls scheduling and date/time interpretation. |
| Email / phone | Clinic contact information where configured workflows need it. |
| Legal / physical address | Used to distinguish business and visit locations when they differ. |
Why accuracy matters
Free-text instructions are not a substitute for structured clinic facts. If the phone number, language or physical address changes, update the clinic profile instead of teaching Menaela to remember an exception.
Structured configuration is easier to validate, easier to update and safer to use across multiple workflows.
