Questions keep stable identities
Each question has a stable identifier so responses can remain associated with the intended question across the surrounding patient workflow. Required fields and choice options are part of the questionnaire definition.
What is saved on completion
Completed questionnaires remain available as structured answers and as a readable completed document in the patient context. This makes them useful to both people and authorized workflows that need specific answers later.
