Regional basics
- Default language is correct.
- Timezone is correct for the clinic.
- Currency is correct for the price list.
Clinic data
- Clinic name and contact details are current.
- Public and physical addresses are correct.
- Providers are active, correctly named and associated with the right services.
- Services have clear names and usable durations.
- Prices are present where Menaela is expected to answer price questions.
- Payer information contains only facts the clinic is comfortable using operationally.
Channels and lead sources
- Website enquiry source is connected if used.
- Allowed website-email senders are reviewed.
- Meta lead forms are selected if used.
- WhatsApp is connected only after test conversations pass.
Test cases
- A straightforward booking request works.
- An unavailable requested time produces useful alternatives rather than an invented slot.
- “Anything earlier?” keeps the original context.
- A pricing question returns configured information or escalates when context is insufficient.
- A medical question crosses to human handling rather than being improvised by reception automation.
- Staff Chat can retrieve basic clinic and patient context correctly.
Ready does not mean perfectGo live with the workflows you have actually tested.
It is better to automate three well-defined jobs reliably than to expose every possible clinic question on day one and discover the boundaries through patients.
