AI Scribe instructions
Scribe instructions shape presentation. They must never supply clinical facts that were not supported by the consultation.
In this pageWhat you can teach Scribe · De-identified style examples · Transcript evidence still wins
What you can teach Scribe
- Preferred section order.
- Concise versus detailed note style.
- Terminology and abbreviations commonly used by the clinic.
- Whether assessment should appear before plan.
- Formatting preferences for supported note sections.
De-identified style examples
AI Scribe can also use de-identified examples to understand the clinic’s preferred note style. Examples should demonstrate structure and wording, not carry facts from one patient into another encounter.
Transcript evidence still wins
Clinical boundaryStyle instructions cannot create encounter facts.
If an instruction asks for a section that is not supported by the consultation evidence, the draft should not invent content simply to satisfy the format.
